Lawsuits Sure to Follow Deadly New York Crane Accident

Friday was a sad day for the construction industry as two construction workers were killed and another seriously injured after a crane collapses in New York City's Upper East Side. This is the second crane collapse New York's in less than three months. Back in march, a twenty-story crane fell over in Manhattan, leaving seven people dead.

The crash was described as feeling like an earthquake and sounding like a loud boom and thunder clap.

"I am sure that lawsuits will be filed if any of the companies involved failed to follow the proper safety standards" said Jersey City attorney Ricky Bagolie. "We will be watching the story closely", he said.
